How big are your stations?

Each station is around 100 square feet and contains 1 VR system that can be shared with up to 3 people. Tower Tag, Racing, Free Roam and all escape experiences are multiplayer only and booked per person.

Will I get motion sickness?

VR has been known to cause nausea in a small amount of people. Some games and experiences can  be more likely to cause this. If you are susceptible to motion sickness, try some of the beginner games before moving on to the more advanced. We also include a Nausea-Free filter to hide games that contain motion more likely to cause motion sickness. Our racing simulators can also run on TVs instead of VR. If you are prone to motion sickness, just ask a staff member and they can easily switch it over to the TV.

How many headsets are there per bay?

Each bay will have one headset which can be shared with up to three people. We will mirror the picture and sound onto our 55 inch 4K TVs so everyone can view the experience.

Where are you located?

We are on the SW corner of 96th and Giles in Val Verde plaza. 9825 Giles Road Suite C and D.

What does room scale tracking mean?

Each bay will have two laser tracking stations that will track your movement allowing you to move around in the virtual space.

Can I wear glasses while using your equipment?

Adjustments can easily be made to the headset to accommodate customers with glasses.

Are there age restrictions?

We recommend 8 years or older for our VR stations and 10 and up for racing simulators and tower tag and our escape experiences. Free roam is recommended for ages 12 and up.

How do I keep from running into objects and walls?

The HTC Vive comes with a built in chaperone system. A grid will display in VR  when you approach the limits of your space. We will set up the boundaries prior to beginning your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel prior to 24 hours before your event and we will return your full amount.

Do we need to reserve ahead, or can we just walk in?

We will take walk ins if there is availability, but recommend booking ahead of time to ensure you have a spot reserved.
