Infinite Loop Covid-19 Procedure Update
We have always taken adequate steps to sanitize our VR equipment, however with the recent spread of Covid-19 we are taking additional steps to ensure our customers safety and help minimize the risk of spread. We will continue to wipe down the headsets and controllers between customers using sanitizing wipes, in addition we will be removing the leather facemasks after each booking and sanitizing them for at least 5 minutes in our UV Sanitizer. Every customer will have a fresh double sanitized mask for each booking. All Controllers and headsets will also be double sanitized using our large UVC box (UNMC is using UVC light to decontaminate PPE see here). For customers who would like to use an additional disposable cover they are available at our new sanitization station. This station is located in the center of our space and will also contain hand sanitizer and additional wipes.
Staff will be sanitizing couches, door handles, tables and other areas of contact multiple times a day. If any employees are feeling ill or showing symptoms they will be sent home. If you or anyone in your group is ill, please reschedule your booking with us.
Below is a list of all steps we are taking to ensure customer and employee safety during this time:
1. Added a UVC sanitization step for all VR equipment between every booking (see full sanitization process video below).
2. Reduced capacity to limit the number of customers in the store at the same time.
3. Employees will be wearing masks.
4. All customers are required to wear masks per the La Vista mask mandate, which has been extended until 5/25.
5. Increased maintenance time between bookings to allow for additional sanitization of high touch surfaces and reduce customer overlap.
6. Replaced all 4 HVAC filters with MERV 13 rated filters as recommended by ASHRAE and several government agencies.
7. We are providing optional disposable masks for customers.
8. Stocked up on plenty of hand sanitizer for customers.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will follow any recommendations from local officials.
